Any engagement between Everlake and a client is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope of services, fees, confidentiality, and other terms. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship, and no such relationship will be formed until a signed engagement letter or equivalent agreement is in place.

Client testimonials displayed on the Site may be abstracted or paraphrased from client conversations and are representative of the firm’s ability, and may include experience from previous firms where members of the Everlake team have worked. Results described in any testimonial or case reference reflect the circumstances of a specific engagement and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or projection of outcomes for any other client or engagement.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
